When you submit a coaching application, we collect the following information you provide:

• Contact details: Full name, email address, phone number, and Instagram handle
• Fitness information: Current fitness level, training frequency, nutrition habits, goals, and challenges
• Personal statements: Your written responses about your goals, motivation, and readiness

We do not collect payment information, government ID, or sensitive personal data such as health records.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Reviewing your application and determining whether coaching is a good fit
• Contacting you by email, phone, or Instagram to discuss next steps
• Scheduling an introductory call if your application progresses

We do not use your information for advertising, automated profiling, or any purpose beyond what is described above.

4. How We Store Your Information

Application submissions are stored by Netlify through their form handling service. Netlify is a US-based platform that processes form data on our behalf. You can review Netlify's privacy practices at netlify.com/privacy.

Application status notes (e.g. "Accepted", "Reviewing") are stored only in the coach's browser using localStorage and are never transmitted to a third party.

We retain application data for as long as necessary to conduct the coaching review process, typically no longer than 12 months from the date of submission.

5. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

Your data may be processed by the following service providers strictly in the course of operating this site:

• Netlify — website hosting and form storage
• Google Fonts — font delivery (your browser contacts Google's servers to load typefaces)
• Calendly — if you choose to book an intro call via the link on the confirmation page

6. Cookies and Local Storage

This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics. The following browser storage is used for functional purposes only:

• localStorage — remembers your last form submission time to prevent accidental duplicate submissions, and stores application status notes in the dashboard
• sessionStorage — keeps you logged in to the coach dashboard for the duration of a browser tab session

None of this data is shared with third parties or used for tracking.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your application data
• Withdraw your application at any time

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, server-side access controls on the dashboard, rate limiting on all endpoints, and input sanitization to prevent malicious data from being stored.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

This service is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted an application, please contact us immediately so we can delete the data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the application form after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
