Privacy Policy

1. Who I am

Treyswayy ("I", "me", or "my") is a personal online coaching service operated by Treyswayy LLC, a single coach working directly with clients. This policy covers the site where you're reading it now. I take your privacy seriously and handle your information with care.

2. What information I collect

When you submit a coaching application, I collect the information you provide:

• Contact details: full name, email address, phone number, and Instagram handle
• Fitness information: current fitness level, training frequency, nutrition habits, goals, and challenges
• Personal statements: your written responses about your goals, motivation, and readiness

I don't collect payment information, government ID, or sensitive health records through this site. If you choose to start coaching, payment is handled separately through Stripe's own secure checkout.

3. How I use your information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

• Reviewing your application and determining whether coaching is a good fit
• Contacting you by email, phone, or Instagram to discuss next steps
• Scheduling an introductory call if your application progresses

I don't use your information for advertising, automated profiling, or any purpose beyond what's described above.

4. How I store your information

Application submissions are stored by Netlify through their form handling service. Netlify is a US-based platform that processes form data on my behalf. You can review Netlify's privacy practices at netlify.com/privacy.

Application status notes (for example "Accepted" or "Reviewing") are stored only in my own browser using localStorage and are never transmitted to a third party.

I retain application data for as long as necessary to conduct the coaching review process, typically no longer than 12 months from the date of submission.

5. Who I share your information with

I don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

Your data may pass through the following service providers strictly in the course of running this site:

• Netlify, website hosting and form storage
• Google Fonts, font delivery (your browser contacts Google's servers to load typefaces)
• Google Analytics, basic site traffic analytics (see section 6)
• Calendly, if you choose to book an intro call via the link on the confirmation page
• Stripe, if you proceed to start coaching and complete checkout

6. Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand overall traffic, such as which pages get visited and roughly how many people land on the site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to do this. It is not used to identify you personally, and I don't cross-reference it with your application data. You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

Beyond that, browser storage on this site is used for functional purposes only:

• localStorage, stores application status notes in the dashboard, and helps prevent accidental duplicate form submissions
• sessionStorage, keeps the dashboard logged in for the duration of a browser tab session

None of this functional storage is shared with third parties or used for tracking.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information I hold about you
• Ask me to correct inaccurate information
• Ask me to delete your application data
• Withdraw your application at any time

8. Data security

I use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls on the dashboard, rate limiting on all endpoints, and input sanitization to prevent malicious data from being stored.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While I work to protect your data, I can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

This service is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. I don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted an application, please contact me immediately so I can delete the data.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the application form after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
